What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We ship orders within 48-72 hours. The delivery time of your order will be determined by the shipping method you select during checkout. Please note that delivery times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays or exceptional events.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or at the beach?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel, which makes it resistant to fresh or sea water, chlorine and household products.

You can therefore wear your jewelry at the beach or in the shower with complete peace of mind. We recommend rinsing them with clean water before drying them to preserve their shine.

I am frequently subject to allergies when I wear jewelry. Does your jewelry contain nickel?

Our jewelry is nickel free. They are made from grade 304 or 316L stainless steel, or ASTM F-136 titanium for some models. For piercings we also use surgical steel. In addition, we offer some models in 18-carat gold plated, with a thickness of 3 microns, made in France.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

We guarantee your satisfaction or your money back.

In the event that the product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us. Upon receipt of the item at our premises, we will refund you in full.

However, it is imperative that all returned products are in perfect condition, i.e. never worn, and that you cover the return costs. Additionally, please provide us with proof of postage via email as delivery confirmation.
